Smart Motor:
The motor is equipped with a rechargeable battery that lasts for months on a full charge. Pairing with a solar panel solves charging concerns, especially for high or distant windows. An RF hub/bridge is required to connect to Alexa, Google Assistant, and other smart home systems. Two remote control options are available:

• 1-Channel Remote: Controls one motorized blind.
• 15-Channel Remote: Controls up to 15 blinds independently or simultaneously—ideal for multiple blinds.

Measurement:

• Inside Mount: Requires a minimum window frame depth of 1.5". Provide the exact window/door frame dimensions without deductions. The manufacturer will ensure a precise fit.
• Outside Mount: Provide measurements of the space you want to cover, including both width and height. Note that the height measurement includes the valance/cassette. To minimize light leakage, we recommend adding 6" to both the width and height.

Made to Order:
Custom width: 21" to 100", custom height: 10" to 130". After placing your order, we will confirm the details via email. If we do not receive a reply within 48 hours, the order will proceed. For any special requests, please contact us. If you're unsure about color, we recommend purchasing a fabric sample swatch first.

Service:
Each automatic shade is pre-programmed before shipping and ready for use with the remote control upon installation. For any questions, please refer to the manual or contact us for technical support. Since each shade is made to order, accurate measurements and careful color selection are essential. We recommend purchasing one blind first before ordering for the entire home.
