Q: Is the motorized blind rechargeable? I don’t have a plug near the window.
A: Yes, the smart blind is rechargeable. A full charge lasts 3-6 months. You can also use a solar panel to charge the blind, eliminating charging concerns.
Q: Can the blinds be opened manually if the motor runs out of power?
A: No, the motorized blind cannot be opened manually. You’ll need to fully charge the motor and use the remote to operate it.
Q: How can I adjust multiple blinds at the same time?
A: Use the 15-channel remote, set to channel 0, to control all blinds simultaneously. Alternatively, connect the blinds to Alexa through an RF hub and create a group in the Alexa app.
Q: How can I amend my order? I would like to update the size information.
A: Please send us an email, and we’ll assist in updating your order. Once we receive your order, we will send a confirmation email. If we don’t hear back within 48 hours, we will proceed with production.
Q: My order has arrived, but it seems damaged. Can I get a replacement?
A: If the blinds are still functional, we recommend keeping them. Our blinds are sturdy and well-packaged, so any damage may be limited to the box. If the blinds are damaged, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
Q: Are the colors of your products accurate?
A: While we strive to ensure the colors on our page are accurate, actual colors may vary depending on your monitor or display settings. We recommend purchasing fabric samples first to choose your preferred color.
