Customers located in the European Union (EU) may use this page to exercise their legal right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Important Notice Regarding Custom-Made Products
Most Tokblind products are custom-made according to the measurements, specifications, fabric selections, and options chosen by the customer.
Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
As a result, custom-sized blinds and shades are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, or withdrawal once production has begun.
However, if your order includes non-custom products or you believe your order qualifies for withdrawal under applicable law, please submit your request using the form below.
Withdrawal Period
For eligible products, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.
Effects of Withdrawal
If your withdrawal request is accepted, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the eligible products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or acceptable proof of return.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Returning Eligible Products
If your withdrawal request is accepted, returned products must:
- Be in their original condition
- Include all accessories and components
- Be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit
You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
